About Korea Uncovered

What do you think of when you hear the word 'Korea'?

Probably not much, except of the fact that there is a 'North' and a 'South' and that they constantly quarrel with each other. But there is so much more to Korea, which is hardly known.

With a history of over 4000 years the people from the 'Land of the Morning Calm' have passed on stories, songs and rituals from generation to generation.

Being of farming descendants these stories are about nature, mystery, parallel worlds and human virtues. Here we encounter talking animals, disgruntled ancestors, lifelong journeys and great stories of friendship, gratefulness, love and kinship.

Today Korea is at the forefront of technology, commerce and science, but some of its traditional culture have been left behind and now are starting to fade away.

We are here to tell these stories - to find the original colours of Korea, preserve them and show them in a new light.
